Cement equipment

This cement production line covers many cement equipment, such as Jaw crusher, vibrating feeder, dry process cement rotary kiln, rod mill, cement mill, precalciner, cyclone preheater, cement cooler, etc.

Cement Plant Process

This cement production line is safe and environmentally friendly, with a large production capacity and obvious investment advantages. A full cement production line includes about seven procedures:

Cement crushing and homogenization, in this section, the limestone and other cement raw materials are crushed by crusher and pre-homogenized in stock.

Raw meal production, raw mills such as cement ball mill or cement vertical mill will further process raw materials to meet the required sizes of clinker production.

Raw meal homogenizing: this section is completed by stacker and reclaimer, which plays an important role in stabling raw meal composition.

Preheating and precalcining: cyclone preheater and precalciner will replace part of the function of cement rotary kiln to preheat and precalcine raw meal for energy saving.

Clinker production: this step is a core part of the cement production line, rotary kiln or shaft kiln will process raw meal and some additive into cement clinker, rotary kiln dryer, grate cooler and bag filter is also needed in this process.

Cement grinding: cement grinding mill including cement roller press, cement ball mill, vertical cement mill will grind clinker into finished cement you want, and make it form a certain particle gradation.

Cement storage and packing: there are two common ways to deal with finished cement, storing in the cement silo or bagging by cement packing machine, bulk cement and cement bag all can be shipped to the final working site.
